AtoZChallenge 2020
Hello Lovelies💖! We've made it to G already, where are the days going. For the AtoZ my theme is The Manor my new series of eBooks and podcast episodes. New episodes and books go up every Tuesday (F, L, R,X), so check back to yesterdays post for episode 1).
Today I have a character profile for you. Allow me to introduce you to Gerry, part of the backbone of The Manor.
G is for Gerry
Gerry |
Aka: Ger
Species: werewolf
Age: 43
Hair: Dark brown, short
Eyes: hazel
Height: 6'0''
Pronouns: he/him
Gerry is the alpha of The Manor's werewolf pack. He's a big strong guy, but something of a gentle giant with a very empathic nature, although he can be very dangerous if something threatens those he loves. Anyone going up against his pack should beware.
He's The Manor's head barman and is a little anal about how he runs his corner of the business. This makes him very good with the members, since he knows all their favourites and makes sure everyone is provided for.
He's asexual, although not sex repelled and not aromantic, and is half of a long term couple with May, The Manor's head of security. Although uninterested in sex for himself, he is more than happy to engage in sexual activity with May, enjoying the romantic nature of their relationship.
One of the things that brought him together with May, who is of the merfolk, is his love for water. They often swim together in the salt water pool that is literally just outside the door to their rooms.
Gerry had been at the Manor since he was in his twenties and became alpha at only thirty, young to be alpha of an established pack. However, his sensitivity to all things supernatural and his natural leadership skills, made him the perfect choice to take over.
He's in his 40s, but looks more like he's early 30s, however, no one would ever think to cross him.
And there we have Gerry, I hope you enjoyed learning a little about him. Of course more will be revealed in the podcast and books.
Please do comment below and link me to your AtoZ posts if you are taking part 💖. If you don't know what to say feel free to use to question below for inspiration, but don't feel you have to answer it.
Q. Who is your favourite fictional werewolf and/or werewolf media (can be good or evil)?
I have a soft spot for Derek Hale, from Teen Wolf and my favourite werewolf novel of all time is The Wolf's Hour by Robert R. McCammon, love that book and the lead Michael Gallatin.
My other self (Natasha Duncan-Drake) is also taking part in this years AtoZChallenge over at Tasha's Thinkings. Her theme is Vampire Drabbles (100 word stories). G is for Grave
